AI Integration Base (ai_base_gt) is the foundation module of the GT Apps AI Suite for Odoo 17 and 18. It gives businesses the infrastructure to build, configure, and deploy custom AI assistants directly inside Odoo — connected to real business data, not generic knowledge.
This module is required before installing any other GT Apps AI module. Think of it as the engine that every other AI feature in the suite plugs into.

AI Model Flexibility — ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini
AI Integration Base is model-agnostic. Through connector modules, you can use OpenAI ChatGPT (GPT-4, GPT-4o), Anthropic Claude, or Google Gemini as the underlying language model. You can also run multiple models simultaneously, assigning different models to different assistants based on cost, capability, or preference.
Prompt Templates
Save reusable prompt shortcuts that users can trigger with one click. Instead of typing a full instruction every time, a user presses a button and the AI runs a pre-configured task — qualify a lead, summarize a document, draft a reply.
Group-Based Access Control
Assign each assistant to specific Odoo user groups. Only the right people see the right assistants. A livechat assistant can be public-facing while a finance assistant is restricted to accounting staff.
Super Assistant Mode
Enable a super assistant with access to all data sources and all Odoo models — useful for admin-level agents or system-wide AI workflows.
